SHIPPING
Your poster(s) will be shipped via FedEx International Priority Insured. ( NO PO BOXES - an adult signature will be required upon delivery).

The delivery time will vary depending on country of destination but in all cases is less than 5 days following collection.

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS RECEIVED Friday AFTER 5 PM THROUGH MONDAY ARE NOT PROCESSED UNTIL TUESDAY. Orders will normally go out within three business days.

RETURNS
We guarantee the authenticity and condition of our posters, but if for any reason you are NOT satisfied with your purchase you must notify us within 72 hours of receipt of shipment by E-mail info@williswinebar.com or fax (33)1.4703.3693. We will send confirmation of this notification. You must then return the poster(s) within three business days of notification via insured shipment at your expense to:

Willi’s Wine Bar, 13 Rue des Petit Champs, 75001,  Paris

If these steps are not taken all Sales are FINAL .
