The pictures on this page show Spider in traditional idian dress for a wedding. We were asked if we could provide a horse for the groom to ride to the ceremony, as is tradition. Odin would usually do this job, however he was out of work at the time, and so Spider steped into his shoes for the day. Indian weddings are ver noisey with lots of people and drums constantly played. Spider was exceptionally good for his first time and wasn't fazed by it at all, mainly due to the work done at home in preparation for the day.
  
Spider has now been gelded, and is currently on loan with Miss Kerry Dawson and Miss Esther Young. He is now enjoying a life as a real horse and living out for the first time in his life. Kerry and Esther plan to do a bit of everything with him, which we are sure he'll love! Good luck is wished to all!!
 
Below are photo's of Spider making friends at the vets', with the gelding stabled next door, before being gelded. We think that this is the only real contact he has every had with another horse since being weaned. But hopefully he will now be able to have many friends!
 
After 2 years on loan with Kerry and Esther and being very happy with them, we have taken the decission to sell Spider to them.He is not recognisable as the manic horse that came to us, but is enjoying life living out and competing in endurance rides, which he loves and is proving to be a star at. We wish them all the very best of everything for the future!!
