Naval Health Research Centre (USA)
The Naval Health Research Centre, located in San Diego, California is a fascinating collection of information on US Navy research on how to integrate the needs of the military with human 'limitations'. As early as 1992 they had discovered that computer adminstration of cognitive tests might be a feasible proposition.
