Diary for 2008/9 : City of London Round Table normally meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, at 6pm for 6:30pm, until 9:30pm. Our new normal venue for meetings is The Old Dr Butler's Head, 2 Masons Avenue (off Coleman Street, near the Guild Hall), Moorgate, London EC2V 5BT.

The Plan: Visit Dublin RT and enjoy the Craic of a Pub Crawl in Dublin.
The Means: On Weds 8th October catch the 17:30 Ryanair Flight from Gatwick to Dublin (arriving 18:45);
Return on the 08:00 flight arriving 09:30 on Thurs 9th October. So for the cost of bailing out of work a couple of hours early on the Wednesday and getting in a couple of hours late on the Thursday, you get a craic-king night out in Dublin. Organiser: Don Mullane.

Scene & Heard presents "Don't Look Now - The Startling Plays" at Theatro Technis, 26 Crowndale Road, London NW1
6pm for 6:30pm meet at The Cobden Arms (near Mornington Crescent tube) Food will be available here before we move on. Don't need to drink too much beforehand 'cos you'll only need a wee during the show.
7pm Move to Theatro Technis to take our seats for the performance (there is a bar there too)
9:30pm On completion move back to the pub for a curtain call at the bar. The whole evening less your beers will cost in the region of £10. A real bargain Table night out. All Tablers are booked in, unless they apologise to me by 8pm on Monday, 24th November. Remember, this is a charity, folks, they can't afford no shows. Prospective and guests need to book IN with Martyn Hooton. Bookings only taken by email.
