Create Your Club Website

Many clubs are enjoying the benefits of having their own website. A presence on the web enables them to promote the organisation, their own club and its events and activities. Their website can also be used as a function tool for members, including communication with those members.

Rotarian, Nova Fisher, has used the technologies of her two companies, ZyWeb and Xara Online to provide a website solution for Rotary clubs. These web solutions are offered to Rotary clubs at a special pricing. The choice is yours:

	Create your own website Using ZyWeb it’s simple to create your own web site - no technical or design skills are needed. ZyWeb uses a library of customisable page templates with in built web graphics and photo editors, and it includes the web hosting, search engine submission and email redirects, in fact, everything you need to create and maintain your own web site. (This 7 page web site was created by a non-technical person in under 3 hours including typing all the text).
	Add Membership and Event functions to your website An online member and event database providing member-to-member contact lookup with event information and registration. The Administrator can send emails or SMS text messages to any individual or selected group, display a calendar of events, print out lists of attendees and even process prospective members. This can either be integrated into your website or you can link to it and operate it as an additional section on your website.
	Have someone create your website for you The ZyWeb authoring team will create your website for you and then either hand it over to you to maintain and update with your events and activities, or they will maintain it for you. You can have anything from a simple information website to a fully functional site complete with the Membership Manager.
	Earn £50 for your club Any Rotarian wishing to create their own website using ZyWeb will earn money for their club’s chosen charities. ZyWeb will pay £50 to the club for every member who takes out an annual subscription for ZyWeb Business or £10 for every annual ZyWeb Personal.
