In the construction set?
You can just use the keyboard's 'print screen' key, then paste the image in another program.
You can also use the print screen button to take screenshots in Morrowind, but you have to enable them first. Go into the Morrowind folder, then open Morrowind.ini. Scroll down until you see Screen shot enable=0 and change the 0 to a 1. Voila!

------should i set the screen shot index to one?------

the screen shot index just refers to the number that it will give the next screenshot that you take. After you take 5 shots, then go back into the ini the screen shot index will be 6. It is so that you can take multiple shots without overwritting. you can set it to any number you want.
