It is necessary that you take time out of the equation by saying, "I am a timeless being" and "Everything happens in perfect timing." The only way that we would acknowledge time if we were standing in your physical environment - of course you want to have time so that you can make appointments, so that you can rendezvous, so that you can have meaningful experiences - but we would talk about time in terms of timing. THE ONLY TIME THAT WE WOULD BE AWARE OF IS THE AMOUNT OF TIME IT TAKES, OR HOW MUCH EXPERIENCE I HAVE BETWEEN THE LAUNCHING OF A DESIRE AND THE ACTUAL FULFILLMENT OF IT. AND THAT TIME FRAME CAN BE EASILY CONTROLLED BY YOU, BY SOFTENING YOUR ANGST AND UPPING YOUR ENTHUSIASM. IN OTHER WORDS, YOU CAN SHORTEN THE TIME BETWEEN WHERE YOU STAND - which may be without something that you want and the fulfillment and embracing of it - JUST BY CONCENTRATING ON HOW GOOD YOU FEEL IN THE MEANTIME. In other words, if in the meantime is a good time, then the meantime will be a short time. But if in the meantime, is a time of concern, or angst, or anxiety, or disappointment, or guilt, or blame, or struggle, or worry then the meantime - the time between my saying I want it and the time that I am actually receiving it fully - you can string that out for a long, long, long, long, long, long time. Visiting with a young man recently, who wants his delicious love woman to come to him NOW. And he has this list of things that he wants. And on the list…………in fact on the top of the list was [and from his contrasting experience ] “ and I want her to come NOW!! And so. She came.!! Quickly !! But she wasn’t quite right . And he said “What happened I had all of these things on my list that I wanted ?” And we said the Universe heard every bit of it but what they really heard was NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And since your desire for NOW was the dominant part of your vibration . The Universe accommodated that vibration first and foremost. So she got there quick . She just wasn’t perfect. And so ‘I want her to be this, this and this and take your time and bring her in the best possible way’ would have served him better.But his impatience had aggravated that part of his desire to a more dominant position. The buffer of time gives you the opportunity to get it right before it manifests, to take pleasure from the vision and from the molding it into place... Can you imagine if everything was manifesting instantly? You would manifest this, and then you would manifest it away. And then you'd manifest that, and then... It would be a difficult thing if you were instantly manifesting every whim or every misaligned thought. You don't have to keep telling the Universe what you want. You really only have to tell the Universe once. The advantage of continuing to talk about it is that you get clearer about it. In other words, usually you cannot speak everything that you want with your first statement, and so, the more you talk about it the more you fine-tune it. But as you say, I want it, the Universe begins it, and then you say, I would like it to be this way, and the Universe modifies that, and then you say a little bit of this would be nice, and the Universe...you see what we're getting at? And once you are clear about what you want, once you have zeroed in on it and you know what you want -- it is on the way to you. It is done. Why Isn't It Coming To Me? The only reason that something that you want is not coming to you, is that you are holding yourself in vibrational harmony with something other than what you want. And the good news is: every single time you're doing it, every single time, without exception, you are feeling something less than positive emotion when it happens. With 30 days of appreciation.!! 30 days of appreciation anything that is within your physical body that is not the way you want it would rectify in as short as 30 days. But its like our friend says. Abe Do you have to change your vibration on a particular subject in order to let it in?" No, you don't. You could pet your pet and let it in. You could sit with your feet dangling in the bay, and let it in. If it is a subject that you often think of in an attitude of resistance, it is really worthwhile reaching for some thoughts that feel better. You could launch an intention and never think about it again, and the Universe would yield it to you. You don't have to clean up your vibration relative to anything, if you can just not think about it any more. That's why we teach meditation. It's easier to teach you to have no thought than to have pure positive thought. We would like you to know that this powerful Universe is responding to the clarity of your mind and that if you are offering confusion where you say, "I want it BUT, I want it BUT, I want it BUT. I'd like to have that BUT I can't afford it. I'd like to look like that BUT I look like this. I want that BUT I've got this, I want that BUT I've got this, I want that BUT I've got this, I want that BUT I've got this."
That gets you nowhere. But when you leave out " BUT I've got this" and say, "I like that and I'd like that and wouldn't that be nice and how about this and this feels good and did you see that? And I know someone who did that and wouldn't that be nice and I remember that and I'd like to have that. I love that, oooh, that's beautiful. Thank you for this, thank you for that."
When you get into that sort of mode and you leave out the "but I've got this" the "BUT I've got this" stops being dominant. And when it stops being dominant it stops being the path that resists. And when the resistance stops, the Well-being that you have been calling for all the days of your life comes in.
If you could see an ariel view of your experience you would be bowled over with the amount of extraordinary circumstances and events that have been lined up for you. Talk about prepaving. You can't prefer anything... big or small, loud or quiet, silent, unspoken or shouting to the boundaries of the Universe. You can't prefer anything that Source Energy doesn't line up for you 20 or 30 or 40 or 50 or 60 or 70 or 80 or a thousand different ways of bringing it to you.
And if you're not living most of what you want it's because you've got your attention on something else. That's all that is could be.
So, the Art of Allowing is about finding things to think about that feel good while I think about them and therefore allow everything I've ever said I wanted to flow in, in perfect order.

You are susceptible to Energy. And so, for example, if you were living in a retirement community where there were many people who were feeling vulnerable about their money, or feeling worried about what their future would provide, and you are sensitive to Energy, you could very well be picking up on the consensus of the group around you, even though it has nothing to do with who you are. But you must have a little spattering of that within you, or you could not be finding harmony with that greater consensus. Every thought that has ever been thought exists. And then, by Law of Attraction, those thoughts coalesce, so that there are pockets of Thought Forms. And so, very often, just driving from city to city, if you are sensitive to vibration, you can feel different Energies in different cities. Well, what we are wanting you to do, is get so good at setting your own Tone, that it doesn't matter what the fluctuations of Energies are around you, you are always holding a steady course. Abe So there is thought…….I had a thought,I had an idea, I had a memory I had a thought……..and then there is thought-form.What is thought-form?Thought-form is form that thought takes. So one who thinks a thought would not create a thought-form usually unless they thought the thought a lot. Two getting focused on a similar thought ,or three or four or a few million now thought-forms are beginning to be created . Jerry (Hicks) We have , its called Group therapy where people get together that have a specific problem that they are trying to work out. But from what I’ve seen there often appears to be a continuation of that same pain that the participants are wanting to alleviate instead of it ending. Whats the cause of that, why does the pain keep on? Abe If there is continuation of pain there is continuation of discussion or thought upon that which brought forth pain.It is very common even without group therapy to have a bad experience and then continue to think about it. You see an experience that may last only 5 minutes in your lifetime, could be done , you would never need to have bad feeling about it again if you could stop yourself from thinking about it.It is the thought as well as the word or action that brings forth negative emotion and so group therapy is not effective if it is guiding you toward remembering that which brought you pain in the first place. For as long as you continue to think about it you will continue to feel the pain and what is that pain? What is that negative emotion? It is communication from your Inner Being saying to you that what you are thinking about is not in harmony with what you are wanting, and that guidance must be understood for the value that it holds. For your Inner Being is telling you that because it knows that as you think about it you are attracting more of it to you., and your Inner Being knows that you do not want it so it is warning you. Abe …….all of you are teachers and students at the same time with a variety of relationships that you are living. So here you standing living whatever you are living and youv’e got this range of vibration that you are living,.If you begin playing this new game that we are offering which is just reach for the thought that feels best, reach for the thought which feels better. We are not saying reach for the perfect thought, we are saying of the thoughts that you have access to here and they might be terribly horribly rotten, to not so rotten, that might be your range. Reach for the least rotten thought in the pot and as you reach for the least rotten thought in the pot, or the thought that feels best now your range shifts just a little bit. And as you now reach for the least rotten thought in the pot now your range shifts and now with just a little bit of effort you don’t have access to that terribly rotten though that was available to you just a day earlier. And now here’s your range and as you reach for the thought better, best, now your range has shifted again and as you reach for the thought that feels best now your range has shifted again. So graciously,gracefuly, comfortably you begin achieving vibrational harmony. Now what happens in most therapy sessions is there is this desire to reach for the very worst thought and try to do something about it. You don't have to go back and deal with childhood issues, because those childhood issues produced a vibration within you that you are still offering -- which is producing today issues.
