DENIAL

You've trained yourself to face reality. You've trained yourself to tell the truth. You've trained yourself to tell it like it is. So in the beginning, these fantasies feel a little inappropriate, because it's like you're fooling yourself. Sometimes people will say, "Well, isn't this just denial?" And we say, we hope so! We hope that you are denying the absence that you do not want. And we hope that you are embracing the presence of what you do. But somehow the idea of denial has become a dirty word to you; like it is virtuous to face the reality of the horror of your own lives. And we would be ignoring anything that did not please us. DECIDE

ABRAHAM: As you are standing in your now, and lots of people are sort of saying, "How are you doing?", there's a tendency to try to explain why you're where you are. And so, it's a common thing to explain, "Well, I'm not excelling in this moment because I'm sick," or "I'm not excelling in this moment because I'm old." But all of that is decisions that you are making along the way.

DECIDE

Many people shut down, and don't glean desire out of contrast, early on. There are plenty of people who are teenagers who have already stopped gleaning desire from contrast. They are beaten down, already. They have already decided that "this is good and this is bad, but this is bad, and this is bad, and this is bad..." and they are no longer letting the contrast produce a new desire within them. And there are those that are well into their hundreds that are still finding desire.

You are eternal beings. You walk into this room, you all come willingly, and yet you have not committed your life to being in this room. In a few hours you're going to get up and you're going to walk out of here. And everybody's going to say, that's just fine. And yet, when somebody makes their transition which is no different than that, they just withdraw their attention from one room and give their attention to another room -- you all act like it's the end of the room. You cannot judge the value of a life by its quantity. It is by the joy
that you are feeling. The more joyful you are, the longer you live. Let
yourself relax and breathe and be free and be joyous, and romp. The
optimum physical life experience is to have plenty of things that
stimulate you to desire, and an awareness of the way you feel, so you're
reaching for thoughts that feel good--so you're wide open, so you're tuned
in, tapped in, and turned on. We promise you, the timing of your death is
always chosen by you.

Usually, the greatest discomfort that we feel physical
beings feeling around the subject of death is a
feeling of I should have done something more, I should
have said more, I should have completed something.
And we say, nothing is ever finished. There is no
finish line. It's like a football game that has
unlimited time -- you can still score another
touchdown, you can still run down the field some more.
There is no ending place in this eternal life that we
are all about, you see.

The beginnings and endings that you call birth and
death are more about helping you to focus than
anything else. But they really are illusions. You
are eternal beings. And when you re-emerge into
nonphysical, you do not become less-than. You don't
become some nebulous, unfocused energy that just
swirls around in nothingness. You assume that
perspective of all-knowingness. You remember all that
you are, not just the personality that you were. But
as your daughter or someone who loves you recalls that
which you were and approaches it from a positive
vibrational standpoint, you can reconstitute that
energy and be, for a moment in time, that focused
energy, and it is very satisfying to someone who's
made their transition into nonphysical to take all of
that power and clarity of nonphysical and then have it
re-summoned by someone who's focusing from a pure,
positive place.

It is delicious to talk to our live friends from our
dead standpoint. We all enjoy it immensely.

Abraham: You will live forever. You are eternal beings who have no ending.

You will remain in this body as long as contrast is producing desire within you that summon life that is not being thwarted by your contradictory attitudes.

The longest of experiences come from those who are stimulated to lots of new thought, who are in a place of not getting into strong resistance and who are allowing the Life Force they are summoning through their desire.

The shorter lives are those who have strong desire and strong resistance. And so, there's a big tug-of-war going on inside which sort of blows them up in one way or another. Or it may be those who have come to the place where their desires have been uncomfortable, because they haven't figured out how to bring their beliefs in alignment with their desires, so the struggle is unpleasant. And so, little by little, they release their desire, until they have very little summoning. Those are evidences of shorter lives. But not to worry, because there is not death. In other words, you cannot get it wrong.

GUEST: When someone dies, is there something that you can do with your own thoughts, or prayer, or whatever, that would assist them?

ABRAHAM: After they are gone, they can help you a lot more than you can help them. Don't worry about them. They are there in the pure positive Energy Stream. They don't need your help.

GUEST: I guess there are times when I've heard or I've read that there are people that are wandering spirits when they die, that they are lost?

ABRAHAM: That is not true. That is physical man's lackful speculation. That is the way those who feel left behind are translating it.

There are Thought Forms that are projected by the dying. Fearful Thought Forms that the living pick up on very often because they're pushing against the same sorts of things. But we promise you that that being who has re-emerged into Non-physical is in a place of utter bliss, joy, knowing, all-is-wellness

When you leave this physical realm and release your attention from it, you leave behind all vibration of the lower, slower nature, and your vibration raises to the highest level. And so, there is no way that you could get so bad or so negative or so disconnected that it would affect your afterlife, because in the moment of your transition, you are Pure Positive Energy.

GUEST: A cousin passed away and I was observing how my family participated in his funeral and the grieving, and so forth, and I don't feel the same way about it, but I just let them be the way they were about his death, but do you have any input on that? ABRAHAM: People have a hard time with death because they don't understand it, and when someone dies it amplifies their feeling of vulnerability. And so, there is always quite a bit of resistance around the subject, and resistance means you don't let the Energy flow, so it's usually not a very pleasant experience.

DOCTOR

Guest…… I'm a physician and it seems like many years of `this is the
way it is' and then practice for 10 years or so doing that. Some
years ago I started getting the feeling that there's another way and
I guess I kept acting on that feeling that there is another way and
realising that this is the leading edge of thought and I kinda like
being there ……. Theres a transition that needs to happen but I can't
quite get beyond my own knowing

Abe…… There is so much energy and talent and dollars that is put into
finding cures but there is very little that is spoken about holding
yourself in the vibrational place of allowing the wellbeing to begin
with, in other words almost all medicine and it varies from place to
place, but in this culture the predominant attention that is put
toward medicine is put toward pushing against the part of it that is
not wanted rather than allowing the part that is wanted and it takes
enormous effort that never gets you anywhere when you are pushing
against what isn't wanted and it is a much simpler thing than most
people are willing to allow , to find a way of allowing the wellbeing
that would be there otherwise.

Abe Give us some specific things that you are reaching for here ?

Guest (physician) Well I think you know I don't speak for the
entire medical establishment because I don't think that that's where
it is. You know I see myself as a healer but in a different way its
almost like –its like years of plenty of contrast, like I've had it
up to here you know with seeing all this stuff and ,and……

Abe If someone were to roll over their motor cycle and break
several bones you certainly see a place for traditional medicine, but
you would go further and what we would do is after the fact is we
would point out that there is a vibrational match to rolling over
the motorcycle and we would try to bring them to a place of
understanding what had brought that about. But your wanting to go
further still, your wanting to help people to understand that it
does not matter what the state of their body at any point in time
they can bring themselves to another place, but the thing that is
tricky about this – and heres where we would begin it if we were
standing in your physical shoes –we would begin with one who is well
and we would speak in terms of the continuing balance and maintenance
of that state of wellbeing and once we had convinced ourselves that
it was possible to be well and eternally stay there, then we would
start talking to those who had lost their balance and gotten very
far from it. Because what happens is everything is coming in response
to your vibrational countenance and so if you've got a feeling of
worry or doubt or concern or fear within you that is coming up
consistently then what's happening is you have resistance within you
that you are not aware off and not doing anything about and so since
you are not doing anything about reaching for the thought that feels
better and therefor soothing the resistance what happens by LOA is
that it must get bigger, and so as it gets bigger and you still don't
do something about releasing it, then it must get bigger until in
time there is a physical manifestation – and then – so here is this
long pattern of resistance that shows up in front of you and
says `do something to fix this, do something to make this better' and
you could soothe it you could make it better but until you do
something to help them deal with the pattern of resistance it's just
going to pop up in another in another way and another way and another
way. You cannot put enough band-aids on enough wounds to keep the
wound from gushing because it is happening at another level, and so
medicine must become an understanding of vibrational countenance
before there will be any clear understanding of why someone is well
or why someone is sick. It is all about vibration, it is this simple,
the body wants to be well and is summoning unto itself and in an
environment of allowing the body is well or would be well, ………………

DIET

The Perfect Food For My Befriended Body

What is the perfect food? We would say there is not one, other than water. We encourage lots of that for all of you. Drink as much water as you can get into your body, and then eat anything else that feels good to you.

We would, for a little while, step away from the subject of food altogether in terms of trying to make anything happen. And we'd get as happy as we can relative to other aspects of our life, until we could feel that our cork is floating mostly about most things. And then we would say, "I'm going to befriend my body. I'm going to become a friend with my body. I'm going to make my body my friend." That is so essential: making your body your friend.

Most of you are afraid of your body. Your body feels like something that might trick you. It might get run over, or it might make the wrong decision, or it might die too early, or it might get a disease in it, or it might do something, after all, it has all kinds of mysteries. You can't look into your body. You can't see metabolism. You can't see what's happening with the cells. You don't really understand your body. And your body frightens you in most cases.

We would like to help you to know that your body is oh, so well meaning. Your body is so well orchestrated. You see, your body is trillions of cells that are vibrationally interacting with Source Energy. And if left to their own without a lot of static in your vibration, your body would only thrive. In other words, the basis of your body is one of true and utter thriving. It has no reason to frighten you. It is the greatest evidence of Well-being that exists anywhere in your physical experience. It is an extraordinary mechanism that's come together from great deliberate intent from so many Non-Physical and physical creators. And every one of you who stands in your body, continues to enhance the experience of the physical body. This is an evolution of a species that is extraordinary.

Your bodies are not to be feared. Your bodies are to be revered. Your bodies are to be applauded. Your bodies are to be maybe even amazed at. But they are never to be feared. Your bodies are not vulnerable. They're not fragile. They are resilient. They are flexible. You have the ability to come into alignment again and again and again, and if anyone in the Universe understands that, it's the cells of your body.

Befriending your body is the only way we know of coming to understand that your body is resilient and that it knows what to do, and that it will be whatever you ask it to be. But you have to ask it to be that in a place of nonresistance. It's the most significant information that we have ever expressed relative to your physical body and food. You must love your body, and then lovingly give it the food. And when you love your body and lovingly give it the food, it matters not what food you give it.

DIET and Body Image

you could sit in your car and be driving down the street. You could pretend that you were in a convertible. You could pretend that the sun was shining on you. You could pretend that you were in a bathing suit. You could pretend that your body was  tanned . You could pretend that your body was beautiful. You could pretend that people were looking and whistling.  You could pretend that you were proud. You  could pretend that you were lying on a beach-towel. You could pretend that you are playing volley-ball. You could pretend that you are running down the beach. You could pretend that you are jogging a little bit. You could pretend that you are on the horse. You could pretend that you are on the tennis match.

 

You can pretend anything that you want to pretend and in the time of pretending your body lines up. AS IF YOU ARE THAT!! You get a sense of what we are talking about?

And as you spend a little bit of time showing yourself that mental image, the cells of your body are responding to the mental image. What happens is the now becomes less static. You open the door just a little bit for all the things that you’ve been asking for, to come in

Everything is perceptual .W e have to tell you that if you perceive yourself in a body that does not please you there is not enough action in  the world to change that.

You can’t eat little enough, or walk hard enough, or exercise enough to change that. Because your body is responding to your mental imagry, not to the exterior stuff you see.
