Mark Anthony Howe Roulette Computer Predictroulette.com SCAM

Avoid the sites predictroulette.com and roulettecomputerreviews.com. They are website from notorious scammer Mark Anthony Howe who lives in Derbyshire England. I am writing this page so you know the be aware of this scammer. NEVER buy anything from him. He is a lier, theif and conman. He has lies that are so bad we believe he is sick. Read about him all over the Internet. Please read this site so you know about him and avoid being scammed.

There are 6 other people I know personally who he scammed but I am sure there are more. We are trying to save you from being scammed. We did not succeed to get our money back so now we are informing everyone about him.

1. Numerous people bought his roulette computer and we all found it to be a scam. Read and you better believe the negative information about Mark Howe. I did not believe it firstly because it was said by other roulette computer sellers but it turned out to be accurate advice.

2. He has fake review sites like roulettecomputerreviews.com and he writes many good reviews of himself using other names mainly on roulette forums. Lately I also find out he has lots of other fake review sites to slam his competition.

3. He buys positive ebay feedback which is easy for anyone to do. We know this because his computer is a scam and everybody we know that got scammed knows this.

4. If you test his computer you will know that he for sure never used it in a real casino. Some parts of it make it impossible. Just one example is you have to manually tune it after doing about 30 spins. Then you have to exit the program to enter the tuning but then all the settings are lost. This makes it impossible to use for real. The only way it could be useful at all is if the wheel was very very easy to beat, and if you knew the tuning data BEFORE the spins happened! It is impossible to use in a casino!

5. Mark says he won millions with his computers. He is a sick man. He is as bad as scammers get. Nobody could make any money with his rubbish. When some people tested it and told him the results which showed how bad his computer was, he then asked them to delete something from the phone because he said it was causing the problems. But it was a lie! He was telling the person to delete his scam program so they couldn't test it more!

6. Lately he started selling his computer for only about $500. It is still a scam. The phone costs him about $50 and he makes about a 1,000% profit. He says he made millions from casinos which is as big a lie as can be.

7. Never buy a mobile phone roulette computer they cant be accurate because they measure large time increments. Any mobile phone computer is a scam.

Mark is going to do anything and everything he needs to get buyers. He will lie forever. He will say anything he needs. This is how he makes money. This is what scammers do. Read all about him all over the internet. He really looks to be sick I was told this before but I could not believe it but now I know it is real. If I save just 1 person from this scam I am happy.

Here is some information about testing his computer so you know you were scammed:

This file has two roulette computers made from Mark Anthony Howe at www.predictroulette.com. The roulette.jar and roulette.jad files are for the mobile phone version and all other files for psion 3a version. Both are a scam.

He runs sites predictroulette.com with fake review site at roulettecomputerreviews.com and other sites like roulettesystemsexposed.com to try discredit other computer sellers.

Me and lots of others were scammed by him and am giving you his computers for free so everyone can avoid this scam. The computers don't work. He is a thief con man and liar. Exception the dvds he sends with his computer you cant beat any casino wheel.

Me and 6 other people at least he scammed will be making a website about this man soon so everyone can be aware of him. There are more but they don't want to be involves.

Mark said he won millions from his computers and that he has all serious qualifications. He fooled a newspaper reporter into believing his computers are effective.

Lately he calls himself a professor which is another lie. He said he made his computer in
20 years of development but it is rubbish. Nobody can do so badly in 20 years.

He is a real con man, the real thing and will tell you any lie to get your money. Do not ever send this man money or you will be sorry. Do not ever believe anything he says.

Be careful he uses lot of fake names. You better believe all the information about him.
I read all the warnings before I paid him but did not listen. I was fooled by his technical talk.

I did not believe how someone could be such a sick liar and con man. Some people say he is sick but I did not believe it but it is true. Now you can have his computers for free.

When he sees all this he will make excuses like the programs don't work right because of no security code but he's lying. Anyone who bought his original computers will tell you everything is exactly the same.

I lost a lot of money using this computer and so did others. He did not give a refund when me and others asked and said we didn't know what we was doing.

Then later when I gave up someone suggested some testing of his computer to see if I was the
problem or the programs. First I found mobile phones cant beat roulette because they only measure inaccurate time parts. Then I found the tests I will explain here you can do to test
for yourself.

Other text files have test details so you can prove its scam. I was told to do them also so to see is a scam. When some people did these tests Mark said it was because of a file that needed to be deleted. That file was the program.

He wanted this customer to delete his program because the scam was exposed and he didn't want more tests done. You really don't know how bad a scammer Mark Howe is. He is worst! Now we protect the public from this scammer.

More sites about Mark Howe predictroulette.com SCAM:

http://www.rouletteplace.com has loads of information and a few other people that have been scammed. This is a genuine site with accurate information about roulette. There are more tests you can do at http://www.myrulet.com/index.php/my-bacis-roulette-computer-test.html so when you know you are scammed, report the scammer.

See also http://roulettesystemreviews.com/index6.html#markhowe and http://roulettesystemreviews.com/r-markhoweroulettecomputer.htm which is another sellers site I did not believe firstly but turned out to be accurate. On this site is information like these so you must read!:

Mark has also lied and claimed government labs (National Weights and Measures Lab www.nwml.gov.uk) have tested an endorsed his device - an outright lie as the lab confirmed. He has impersonated well known roulette researchers such as Thomas Bass and Ion Saliu (read Ion's comments) to give himself false positive reviews on forums. He trades under a fake business name and operates many web sites under fake names selling the same products to escape poor feedback about his products. He has made countless lies about his assets and claims to be a millionaire when people that know him personally confirmed he's nearly broke. He's even fabricated purchasers of competitors to give false negative reviews to boost his business, in particularly to harm Forester and Steve Hourmouzis. Mark also runs the fake review site roulettecomputerreviews.com where he attacks his competitors, gives his own products high reviews, and provides top reviews to computers that don't exist so he convince people the review site is genuine. This is scarcely the tip of the iceberg. I have little doubt he will eventually be imprisoned. Nevertheless, what can be said about his computer?

and

Mark very frequently posts on forums under fake names to give his own products fake positive reviews while lying about his competitors. For such behavior, Mark has been banned from almost every major gambling forum. Most recently, he was banned from Gamblers Glen for impersonating several Japanese gamblers who claim to have purchased his competitors device, and found it failed. the Japanese gamblers were a complete fabrication by Mark. The forum moderator determined that the multiple personalities were indeed Mark, and he was consequently banned from the Gamblers Glen forum. See the announcement of Mark being banned was made by the moderator.

and

  • As Mark has been banned from many forums, he created numerous forums of his own. One of them is at www.b2g5.com/boards/board.cgi?&user=mahony where he frequently attacks his competitors, while fabricating information to promote his products. Many of his lies were promptly exposed, and he quickly removed the posts which were saved and forwarded to the authorities. Among his blatantly false claims are:

i. False Endorsement from Government Laboratory: Mark falsely claimed the National Weights and Measures Lab (UK Government Lab) tested and endorsed his roulette computer. When he published this claim, I asked the lab if his claim was true. They clearly stated it was a lie, and reported the matter to the UK Office of Fair Trading, although Howe now resides in Norway. When I published details of Howe's lie, Howe deleted the post with his claim (See original post: NWML Claim).

ii. False positive reviews: A well known roulette researcher, Ion Salui, appeared to have posted on Mark's forum claiming Mark's roulette computer is effective as he claims. The real Ion read the post, and clearly stated he never posted it (See original post: apparent endorsement from Ion). To explain this, Mark claims the post was merely made from someone with the same name of "Ion Saliu". However, in the original post, you can see Mark's IP address "80.229.165.34" at the top, and the fake IP address of "146.44.34.221" he posted in the actual message itself. Mark did not appear to realize the real IP of the poster was being published. Also see Ion's comments about Mark's deceptive post as also shown below:

"The roulette gamblers who contacted me wanted to buy (?) Mark's roulette computer. But they wanted to know more from me, the “official endorser” of the electronic device (?!) I could not believe my eyes when I saw a post at Mark's message board! It was signed “Ion Saliu”. That Ion Saliu gave high praise to Mark's roulette computer! I had to respond, because some people might have believed I was behind that insane operation! Some might have been inclined to actually send money for a chimera! Of course, it was identity theft — not only a mad action, but also a criminal act."

There are lots more. If you bought and were scammed then do the testing explained in the text files you can download at the links shown below. Alos do the testing explained by Forester at http://www.myrulet.com/index.php/my-bacis-roulette-computer-test.html who will tell you any mobile phone roulette computer is scam but also give scientific reasons for it. Forester is an electronics expert and knows what he is talking about. He was one of the people that gave information that showed me I was scammed. I did not fully understand it firstly because the results of Mark Howe computer were ok on his dvd but that is all. Then I understand the problems and how Mark tricked me. Then I find out about the others. Some are now going to make more sites to warn people about this scammer.

I did not publish the file but that's where it is. There is no copyright material on this page or site. Maybe some of the links to sites dont have the file anymore. If it gets removed completely you can get it from places like rouletteplace.com or rouletteforum.net or gamblersglen.com or vlsroulette.com just ask around and someone will send it to you free and you will save yourself from being scammed.

What does Mark Anthony Howe say about this? What we expect he would say which is that the software in circulation in free file hosts is not really his real computer, and that it is a dummy model that is supposed to not work.

Lies and more lies. What else could he say as excuse to protect himself? How else can he explain almost complete lack of effectiveness? Everyone that got his original computer find the same thing from the testing. With the free files you will get exactly same results as with a computer you buy from him. This is how this man protect his scam when everyone gets it for free. We knew he would say the programs didnt work on purpose. Mark is also still lying about his ebay feedback. Anyone can buy good feedback do a google search on buying ebay feedback. If he makes millions with his computers he wouldnt need to sell and would do so much to make sales.
