Mr Wallace Resigns as Director of Minster Court Management Company, Mr Jones resigns as Company Secretary, Regent withdraw from Minster Court Management Company (Liverpool)Ltd effective from 01 April 2003
 
The servise charge from the leaseholders of Minster Court where due and paid as usual on Jan 01 2003, at the end of January 2003, Regent Management informed Minster Court Management they have no funds.

Minster Court is an award winning housing estate in Liverpool formerly known as Myrtle Gardens the estate was re-developed in 1983 by Barretts Urban Renewal a Company formed by Barrett Developments.

Questions over Insurance cover for Minster court

Mr Hamblett has been a fee paid Secretary, this appointment has never been a fee or salary paid position before. Mr Hamblett also acted as the Company Solicitor. Mr Hamblett's interpretation of the Lease of Minstter Court, is that the leaseholder is responsible for the redecoration of the exterior of the window frames belonging to the flat they have leased. The lease for Minster Court is 999 years, the leaseholders of Minster Court pay Mr Hamblett for this advise though their service charges Mr Hambletts other appointment's include CROPGEN LTD.

Minster Court is managed by Minster Court Management (Liverpool) Company LTD , a none profit making company set up by Barratt, and consists of 278 Leaseholders who each own a share in the Company,the servise charge is £560 per year with additional chages levied some years, Regent Management the Agent Company are paid £100+vat per property BY CONTRACT for management of the Company and the estate, totaling £32,000 (23.5% of the service charge)the Royal Institution or Charted Surveyors state in their code of practice for Residential Management that this figure should be 15%.
accounts show this figure to vary between £32,000 and £37,000 it is Regents' responsibility to collect the service charge and ensure the estate is maintained in accordance with the lease.
Minster Court Management have held a Contract with Regent Management for over 12 years, in which time the Director of Minster Court Management has also been the Director of Regent Management, Regent Management have been paid approximately £345,000 to date, purely for their Managment skills!

Mr Iain Wallace has now got to call an AGM in order that the voting members of the Company are allowed to exercise their democratic right to decide on any issue no matter how small affecting the future of the development

Regent Management are Darren Paul, Iain Wallace ,and Cristine Paul, Mr Wallace is also a director of Minster Court Liverpool Ltd, Darren Paul is also a Director of Millbank Services (Silden).This Company has surplied estates Regent Manage, with light fittings ,bulbs, starters, fluorescent tubes. Darren Paul is also a Director of Regent Lifestyles, providing accomadation for young disabled people.the above were involed with Regent Housing Society who were put into receivership in 1993 by the Halifax Building Society. The parent Company to Regent Management, Regent 89 PLC has recently changed it's status to Regent 89 Ltd, the Company Director is Daved Paul and the Company Secretary is Christine Ann Paul, account's can be acquired from Companies House.
