www.tourism.ceredigion.gov.uk   This is a great source of information about Ceredigion. It's especially good for detailed information about walking, cycling and angling.

ZyWeb

www.newquay-westwales.co.uk/dolphins.htm The whole of the Ceredigion heritage coast is a great place to spot dolphins. Visit this site for more info on dolphin viewing from the shore or organised boat trips. Oh and did I mention that dolphins are regularly seen from the beach at Tresaith (probably).

www.howies.co.uk   Howies make our favourite surfwear plus they are based in Cardigan. Their website has some interesting stuff about the local area and outdoor sports.

www.shiptresaith.co.uk    The Ship Inn is just up the hill from the cottage (you can even see our chimney in this photo!). Excellent food and drink mean that it's often busy, especially in the summer, so get there early. Watch the sun go down over the sea from the deck.

www.tigerbaytraining.net  Based in Penarth, TBT offer RYA accreditted courses for sailing and also for power boats, such as Day Skipper. Shorebased theory courses are held in a classroom setting and practical courses for yacht sailors are run on a Bavaria 37 out in the Bristol Channel. Highly recommended, as if you can sail these waters, you can sail anywhere!

www.simplyandalucia.co.uk    If you like Pantmawr, you will probably love Anna's traditional village house in Southern Spain. Set high in the mountains but with stunning views of the Med in the distance, it's the perfect place for a chill out holiday.

www.space-between.co.uk    These guys organise walking and other adventure holidays in the Mercantour region of southern France and beyond. They also have a delightful mountain gite for holiday rental (recommended).
