Surfing is a year round activity at Tresaith. The wind mostly blows offshore, holding the sets up nicely. In the summer it's generally small and ideal for bodyboarders but during the winter, 2 metre swells are not uncommon, so pack your steamer! |

Tresaith beach is perfect for launching small boats of all descriptions. There is an active sailing club, who race most Sundays (with safety boat). You can even park your boat next to the slipway at Pantmawr! |

Kayaks of all shapes and sizes are increasingly seen at Tresaith throughout the summer months. Ride the surf close in or explore the coastline, depending on conditions. Pantmawr now has it's own two-seater ocean kayak (for use by responsible adults). |

Tresaith is at the centre of the Ceredigion coastal path and in recent years this has been much developed. A short walk left from the cottage takes you to Aberporth. A more challenging expedition right leads to Penbryn and Llangranog. |

Sea bass can be taken from the beach, while mackerel & pollack can be caught from nearby rocks or a boat. The River Teifi, a first class salmon & trout fishery, is close by. There are also several superb carp fisheries in the local area.
