You may well recognise this car - Tony Cooper's 4.6 V8 On this one we made -
Engine mounts Gearbox mount Strut brace Stainless rad pipes Thermostat housing Coil pack Brackets Fuel filter stainless heat shield Exhaust system and manifolds and much more.
We couldn't get a thermostat housing to do what we wanted so we made one.
Extra heavy duty Rover V8 engine mounts. Tony had already broken a stock mount so we had to be sure these were going to be stong enough.

The V8 needed two 4 way coil packs. This was the answer.
Just to be safe - a polished stainless heat shield keeps the high capacity fuel filter cool.

The R380 TVR gearbox is much the same as the stock Rover LT77 Both need specially made cross members like this.
This Capri V8 exhaust and manifolds that fit.

Here you see specially made spacers to allow use of modern wheels with larger offsets.
With the thickness of the disc and the spacer, wheels with ET up to 35 can be used.

Here you see a cross member modifid to suit the MT75 gearbox. You can also see an exhaust system that fits. The cat cans are used but are empty

The best results seem to be with a short inlet and large filter. We stock the hose and filter.

This is how to connect the servo on the BOA.
Cut the EGR pipe and weld in the servo fitting. Fitting £15 - requires TIG welding as it's all stainless steel. We can do this for you if required.
