Yes it's true, we have moved away from the Rover V8 in recent years.
There are a number of reasons for this, not least the fact that there are now better options when you
look at what you get for the money you are spending. Both BMW and Lexus are now affordable
and offer much more 'bang for your buck' out of the box.
If you want to get real serious - look to the Chevy LS range.

It's a lot of work making the Rover fit so if you're going to do it -
spend the time and money doing it properly.

using an injected 3.9 to get a good return on the time and money you're investing.
