ur aim is to provide your children with safe fun for their parties at economical rates. To help us achieve this, we ask that the hiring adult meets with the following conditions-
1. Hire must be paid for in cash prior to erection of the inflatable.
2. The hiring adult must sign up to our Conditions of Hire, noted below.
3. The hiring adult must show us two forms of ID, one of which must include an address. This is a condition of our insurance.
Our Conditions Of Hire
We ask that on the day of hiring, the hiring adult must sign their acceptance of the following Conditions of Hire.
I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to the following terms and conditions of inflatable hire through Mister Bounce -
1) I am fully responsible for any loss, through theft or otherwise, or any malicious damage occurring as a result of misuse.
2) If the inflatable is returned in a damaged or unacceptable condition (i.e. muddy or soiled in any other way) I will be liable to cleaning or repair charges. Party poppers are not permitted on any castle at any time.
3) I will ensure that users remove shoes, jewellery, glasses and any other sharp objects before entering the inflatable and I will ensure no pets are allowed on the inflatable.
4) I will ensure that children are supervised at all times by a responsible adult, who will keep the number of users to a safe level and not allow users to climb the inflatable walls.
5) I will ensure no smoking, fires or bar-b-ques are within ten metres of the inflatable and that no eating or drink takes place on the inflatable.
6) I accept that unless the following criteria are met, the insurance will be void -
* Only people 14 years old or under use the castle
* All footwear is removed
* Food, drinks or pets are not permitted on the castle
* A responsible adult, who is not drinking alcohol, must supervise at all times
* Any drinks, alcohollic or otherwise, must be kept in plastic glasses or in a room separate from the castle
* The castle must not be relocated or erected by anyone except a representative of Mister Bounce
* Any user must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
7) I will ensure that in the event of rain the inflatable is either covered by the raincover moved or deflated and rolled up.
