Tuesday Evenings 6.00pm - 7.00pm

When boys join the Beavers, they will first become a "Kit" (baby Beaver), after about Six weeks of settling in, your son will then
be officially invested into the Scout Movement, by becoming a Beaver. We hope that this will be his introduction into a Movement, that he will enjoy for many years.

------

Beavers are in the 6 - 8 year age range. We try to give the boys a good grounding for Scouts, by starting them off in Lodges of 6 boys, to get them used to working in a group. Though not all activities are small group based, as our motto is "have fun, make friends", so he will mix with everyone during his time with us.

------

We have a large number of badges that the Beavers can work towards, either in groups or as individuals. There is no pressure put on any of the Beavers to complete all the badges, but you will soon find that they enjoy working towards each one.
Parents are welcome to come along & help or just watch.
I hope your son will enjoy his stay with us and move on to many more exciting adventures in Scouting.
