Knowledge Factory in Spain
MBC Consulting created a knowledge factory in Madrid, for Overlap Consultores.
The projects involved design, recruitment, training and supervision of facilities and teams, selection and implementation of e-Learning technologies such as author systems, LMS and an online production platform.
The initial investment was recovered and turned a 32 % profit in the first year.
During 2001 , the knowledge factory developed more than 72 projects in Spain, Portugal, Brazil, Argentina, Mexico and UK
