Pearl Willis has been a full time practicing Barrister since 1986.
She is a member of Fenners Chambers in Cambridge.
Her primary area of work is Family Law and over the last 20 years she has undertaken numerous hearings in all tiers of the Court Service and in all branches of Family Law but in particular, she is regularly briefed in Ancillary Relief proceedings including high net worth cases and farming cases.
Pearl is committed to the public funding of cases and gladly accepts public funding work.
She has also conducted many criminal trials involving charges of sexual assaults against Children and the making of indecent images of Children. She has been led by Queens Counsel in over 20 cases involving charges of serious crimes.
Pearl has a keen interest in information technology and designed her own web site www.pearlwillis.co.uk. She regularly conducts in house Chambers training and undertakes Family Law seminars for Solicitor firms, Law Societies and Resolution groups. She has had articles published in the Criminal Lawyer.
Pearl is a real advocate of pro bono work and over the last 20 years has undertaken a number of cases on a pro bono basis particularly in Family Law and in the Coroner’s Court.
Pearl spends her free time on the family farm in South West Scotland where she will assist with the paperwork and business strategy.
