What if I need a home now?
Builders build what is commonly called "spec homes". These are homes the builder has built with no particular buyer in mind so that if a buyer needs a home immediately, there are homes ready for move-in.
How will my service benefit you?
My knowledge of various builders' locations, prices, financing packages, completed new homes and specials is extremely important in finding you the best value in a new home. I will stay involved with you through the closing on your new home.
Can I help you find a house anywhere in Texas?
Yes, I have a license to sell NEW and USED Real Estate throughout the entire state of Texas.
Can I help you find a loan?
Yes. Most builders have their own mortgage companies who provided financing for new homes. I also have several lenders I can refer you to in order to obtain your loan.
Do I have a Pre-Qualification Service?
Upon request, a pre-qualifying service is available so that you may have knowledge of the price range at which you would qualify, based upon your income and debt ratio.
How long does it take to build a new home?
Although it varies from builder to builder, the construction process from beginning to end usually takes between 3 to 6 months.
