13th December 2009 - At LKA Championship show, Bungle - Jabbawock Jailhouse Rock won 2nd in Puppy dog and Tilly - Jabbawock The Jezebel won 4th in Puppy Bitch. Well done to you all!
 
9th December 2009 - Congratulations to Bungle again! He has now passed his Kennel Club Good Citizen Puppy foundation course!
 
26th November 2009 - Congratulations to Bungle - Jabbawock Jailhouse Rock, who won Best puppy in Match tonight at the Chippenham & DCS. Well done to him and his owners Lucy Thomas & Kevin Ganter!
 
25th November 2009 - Tonight, Taylor - Dalendale Quiet Riot and Vanilla - Jabbawock Jet Propelled have passed their Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze award (at 14 months and 10 months respectively). Yippee!!
 

1st November 2009 - We had a really great day at the British Dalmatian Club Open show today. It was so lovely to meet up with Jabbawock puppies and their owners! The results are as follows:
 
Hazel - Ir Ch & Int Ch Kasara Truly Scrumptious won 1st in Senior Veteran Bitch
 
Vanilla - Jabbawock Jet propelled won 2nd in minor puppy bitch (doing well after a match judge has given her a serious fright a couple of weeks ago)

 
Tilly - Jabbawock The Jezebel won 3rd in minor puppy bitch (Tilly is owned by the Wherry family and was handled today by daughter Emma)

Comfrey - Jabbawock The Ringleader won 5th in Limit bitch (out of 11) and also helped Katie to win 2nd in Junior handling.

Bungle - Jabbawock Jailhouse Rock won 2nd in minor puppy dog (owned by Lucy Thomas & Kevin Ganter)

Otto - Jabbawock Jump the gun won 1st in minor puppy dog (an amazing achievement as both Otto and his handler Sarah Ashworth are 'beginners' to showing - we were extremely proud of them both! The Ashworth family have worked really hard training Otto to be a well-behaved family dog and he is a credit to them)

Mabel - Bekhren Elyesian (Charlie's daughter) won 2nd in post graduate bitch (Mabel was handled by Kevin this time and he did a really good job - nice suit Kevin!!)

And finally Taylor - Dalendale Quiet Riot (owned in partnership with J Gates-Raw)(Wiglett's son) won 1st in Junior dog and 2nd in Yearling dog.

 14th October 2009 - Charlie - Jabbawock Juxtapose passed his Kennel Club Good Citizen Scheme Silver award this evening! We are really proud of him!
 
8th October 2009 - We are very proud to announce that a third puppy from Comfrey's latest litter has qualified for Crufts. Tilly - Jabbawock The Jezebel, nicely handled by her novice owner Sally Wherry, won third in Minor Puppy Bitch at the South Wales Championship Show. Well done Jabbawock babies!
 
It has always been a joy to see puppies we have bred do well for their owners in the show ring, but we also never forget how more important it is, to hear how our puppies are doing fulfilling the important role of being a great family pet!
 
4th October 2009 - Bungle - Jabbawock Jailhouse Rock has qualified for Crufts today (at only 7 months of age), by winning 3rd in minor puppy at Driffield Championship show. A very big well done to Bungle and his owners; Lucy & Kevin.
 
26th September 2009 -  Otto - Jabbawock Jump the Gun, won Best puppy in breed at his very first Open show. Otto and his owner Sarah are both very new to showing and are having a go, to see if they like it. Otto has already won 2 best in shows at the only 2 companion shows he has attended.
We are very proud of both Sarah and Otto and we wish them lots of fun in the future!
 
24th September 2009 - Vanilla - Jabbawock Jet Propelled won Best Puppy in match at Chippenham & District Canine Society! Charlie's daughter Mabel - Bekhren Eleysian won Best in Match and Tilly - Jabbawock The Jezebel won best losing puppy. A great evening for the Jabbawocks!
 
15th September 2009 - Vanilla - Jabbawock Jet Propelled won Best puppy in match at Frampton Cotterell & District ringcaft club. She was a very good girl!!
 
13th September 2009 - At Richmond Championship show today, Bungle - Jabbawock Jailhouse Rock won 4th in puppy dog. Katie our neice had qualified for the junior handling semi-finals and was pulled out in the final 8 of a class of 18. We were very proud of her as she wasn't able to show her own dog and had to borrow a Dalmatian on the day.
 
6th Sept 2009 - At a companion show today, Taylor - Dalendale Quiet Riot won his class and then reserve best in show at just 11 months of age. I also won Adult handling and Comfrey won reserve best novelty.
Vanilla won 3rd in the puppy class.

 23rd August 2009 - Taylor - Dalendale Quiet Riot won 1st in Puppy Dog today at WKC Championship show and then won best puppy dog. Vanilla - Jabbawock Jet propelled won 2nd in minor puppy bitch qualifying her for crufts at her 2nd only Ch show (hooray!). Tilly - Jabbawock The Jezebel won 4th in minor puppy bitch and showed really well!
 
16th August 2009 - Charlie - Jabbawock Juxtapose and Bungle - Jabbawock Jailhouse Rock both passed their Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze awards today! Bungle is only 6 months old, so a big well done to him!

8th August 2009 - We went to Bournemouth Championship show today, which was our puppy's first show. I was really proud of Tilly, Bungle and Vanilla, who all showed really well and didn't put a foot wrong. Well done to their owners: Sally & Ian Wherry and Lucy Thomas & Kevin Ganter, who have obviously worked really hard to train them.
Katie (our neice) handled Comfrey in the YKC handling classes (this is Katie's only 2nd go at these classes) and she won 2nd out of an entry of 17! We were so very proud of her and all the hard work she has put in over the last 2 years. Well done Katie!!
 
2nd August 2009 - Today my local club ran it's companion show. It was great fun to see Vanilla, Tilly & Bungle enjoying the experience. One of our puppies from our previous litter, Keira came along as well and it was lovely to see her and her owners again.
 
1st August 2009 - At the British Dalmatian Club Championship Show today, Conner - Jabbawock The Conquistador at Dalmark (owned by Margaret Kembrey) won 1st in Limit dog. We are very proud of him.
One of our latest puppies Tilly - Jabbawock The Jezebel went along to see what showing was all about with her owner Sally Wherry. Needless to say Tilly was completely unphased by the experience!
 
12th July 2009 - Taylor - Dalendale Quiet Riot, won 2nd in Puppy dog today at the North of England Championship Show. The rest of the Jabbawocks had a lovely time caravanning at the show and Vanilla attended the show 'not for competition' to see what it was all about!
 
4th July 2009 - Today at Windsor Championship Show, Snoopy - Jabbawock Kwickspell won 4th in limit dog (a big class). We are so very proud of him and his owner Spring Law-Gleen, who are both novices to showing. A very big well done to them both!!
At a companion show today, Charlie - Jabbawock Juxtapose won 2nd in starters obedience class. Which isn't bad for his 2nd try at competitions!
 
26th June 2009 - At Blackpool Championship show today, J Gates-Raw handled our Taylor - Dalendale Quiet Riot to win 1st in Minor Puppy Dog and then won Best puppy Dog. What a lovely win!!
 
23rd June 2009 - We have finally put a proper photo on of Charlie - Jabbawock Juxtapose, onto his page.
Charlie is 3 1/2 yrs old and is out of our Hazel - Ir Ch & Int Ch Kasara Truly Scrumptious and his sire is Danko - Multi Ch Spotnik's Snow Storm (bred by Helle Hoie). We think he's gorgeous!
 
19th June 2009 - Below is a photo of the three puppies who sucessfully have completed 6 weeks at 'Puppy School' (a training and socialisation course).

Bungle - Jabbawock Jailhouse Rock, with his owner Lucy Thomas (also owned by Lucy's partner Kevin Ganter)
All these three puppies will be going to into the showring and attended their first ringcraft class this week.

5th June 2009 - At Southern Counties Championship Show today, Taylor - Dalendale Quiet Riot won 2nd in minor puppy dog (another Crufts qualification). His grandmother Comfrey - Jabbawock The Ringleader, who hasn't been to a show for several months (due to maternal duties) won 1st in Limit bitch ( another stud book qualification).
I then won the adult handling class, closely followed in 2nd by Lucy Thomas (owner of Charlie's daughter Mabel, and her new addition Bungle - Jabbawock Jailhouse Rock), which means we have both qualified for the Adult handling finals. A lovely, lovely day!
 
25th May 2009 - We went to Bath Championship Show today and Taylor - Dalendale Quiet Riot won 2nd in Minor puppy which qualifies him for Crufts, Yippee!! His dad Wiglett - Jabbawock The Sorcerer at Ribblehill won 1st in Post graduate which qualifies him for Crufts as well. Well done to Wiglett's owner Jo Gates-Raw!
 
4th May 2009 - Bye bye Velma! Velma has finally found her new forever family and left us yesterday.
She will be called Lola and is living with the Balkwill family.
We shall really miss the chunky monkey!!

Taylor - Dalendale Quiet Riot, went to a big companion show today and won Best Puppy in Show. He was a really good boy. We were also able to take our baby puppy Vanilla for some socialisation too.
 
28th April 2009 - Once again, Velma is looking for her forever family. She has had all her vaccinations and will be 12 weeks old on Sunday 3rd May. She has a lovely fun character and is looking for owners who will love her as part of their family and understand the needs of a Dalmatian. I do hope she will find the right home soon as she has been let down on numerous occasions through no fault of her own. Only serious enquiries please. Her photo is below.
 

 

24th April 2009 - I showed Taylor today at WELKS championship dog show.
Taylor - Dalendale Quiet Riot is owned in partnership by myself and Jo Gates-Raw
(who owns Taylor's daddy, Wiglett - Jabbawock The sorcerer at Ribblehill).
At only 6 months of age and at his first championship show,
we were delighted when Taylor won the puppy dog stakes class out of an entry of 52!!
 
We have added a new page with all of Taylor's details and photos to the 'our dalmatians' page. Please have a look! We have also added a video of him winning the stakes class.
 
14th April 2009 - Subject to approval, we think Velma (the last puppy waiting for new owners) has finally found a home. We will keep you updated! Our other puppies are settling in really well into their new homes and we are pleased to say they are behaving themselves and having a wonderful time with their new families.
 
9th April 2009 - Well, seven of our puppies have now left us to go and live with their new humans.
Velma, a liver spotted bitch is now looking for her new 'forever' home. To see her, click the 'current litter' link towards the top of this page.

26th March 2009 - One of our puppy owners has been chosen by Orinoco - a liver spotted male, so we now have one black spotted bitch - Jemima and one liver spotted male - Zippy looking for their new 'forever' homes.

18th March 2009 - We are very pleased to announce that for the second time our litter of puppies have all passed their BAER hearing tests and can hear in both ears. So a big thankyou to Comfrey and Quinto (mum & dad)!!
 
15th March 2009 - The latest individual photos of the puppies at 5 weeks are now on the current litter page. We now have 2 male liver puppies available from this litter, as one of our puppy owners have had to change their minds.
 
13th March 2009 - Due to a 'timewaster', we do still have one male liver puppy available from this current litter. Potential puppy owners are strictly vetted, as we wish to have loving, understanding permanent homes for our puppies.

6th March 2009 - At Crufts today, Jabbawock Dalmatians were represented by Jabbawock The Sorcerer at Ribblehill (owned by Jo Gates-Raw) and Jabbawock Kwickspell (owned by Spring law-Gleen). Although not placed this year, we were still extremely proud to see them go so well. Many thanks to you both and the very best of luck for the rest of the year.

12th February 2009 - The Fitzsimmons family own one of Comfrey's puppies from her first litter. Keira - Jabbawock the portkey has been really enjoying all the recent snow and her dad Malcolm has taken this lovely picture of her shown below.
She's looking gorgeous!

 

February 11th 2009 - The vet has come to visit and checked all the puppies and mum over. They also had their dew claws removed. Everybody is okay!! Such a relief!
 
February 8th 2009 - Comfrey's litter was born today! 9 puppies.  We have 5 girls (2 liver and 3 black) and 4 boys (1 black patched and 3 liver) See Comfrey's diary for more details!

January 2nd 2009 - Comfrey had her scan today and she has been confirmed as pregnant! Hooray!!
