Cable Co's original material is a mix of guitar and keyboard driven new rock. From the funky workout that is "a little time" to the rock anthem "monumental" the music has a common theme; carefully crafted vocals set to intelligent energetic rock music. As for covers, the mix is diverse; from Stiltkin's "Inside" and Nickelback's "How You Remind Me" at one end of the scale to "Walking in Memphis" and U2's "With or Without You". Please remember, though the setlist opposite represents the bulk of our material, we will always consider playing a specific song for a private function (just give us enough notice to learn it!!). Cable Co are happy to play gigs of pure original material, pure

The original "Same Mistakes" lyrics were written on the toilet, according to Shaun. However, it must be pointed out that no one has come forward to corroborate this claim. The lyrics for the coda in "Look Up To Look Down" were added 5 years after the original was written and were actually written whilst driving past Stonehenge. Coincidence? I don't think so.
