Who We Are: An independent recruitment company lead by industry veteran Steve Bilsborough. Supported by a small team, Steve combines over 20 years experience recruiting for major organisations including Nationwide, Rok, Orange and Omni.

What We Do: Offer a focussed recruitment service combining executive search techniques with contingency recruitment methods, aimed at leadership roles primarily in the Ł40k to Ł100k bracket. We're specialists in the IT, HR and Change markets, but do look at other wider professional services roles.

Who Can We Help: Both clients and candidates tired of ineffective, reactive recruitment techniques. Endless jobsites, adverts and CV submissions have wasted your time, with mediocre results. You'll be seeking an organisation that will work with you to understand your needs, and proactively identify the right opportunity or candidate.
