ISO 20000 is the international standard for IT Service Management, published in 2005.
ISO 20000 is the basis for two certification schemes:
Organisational Certification - where following audit, an ISO 20000 Certificate is awarded to an organisation or organisational unit/s to confirm conformance with the standard.
