ISO 20000 on a page! (PDF) New!

We've managed to fit the key concepts of ISO 20000 on a single page of A4. We have used this for several years to assist delegates on the ISO 20000 Consultant Certificate and ISO 20000 Auditor Certificate courses by drawing it on a flipchart. Now it is printable. It is also useful for the ISO 20000 Foundation course.
