Communities OnLine is a national initiative to promote the use of Information and Communication Technolgies by communities, especially as to aid social inclusion of marginalised members of society. The Telework Telecentre and Telecottage Association promotes the use of teleworking both from home or local offices often called telecentres, as a means to enable improved flexibility in working conditions as well as a means to reduce pollution through telecommuting.
