Fishponds has a good shopping area with a supermarket as well as plenty of small shops. Access to the motorway is very easy, and the area benefits from good bus routes to the centre of the city.

Many good pubs, take-aways and cafes can be found, as well as vibrant local churches, youth groups, and much more.

PS. We do at times received email about fish tanks and tropical fish - while Fishponds does derive its name from some ponds which used to be in the area, we do not have any expertise in tropical fish, so please send fishy emails elsewhere!
