If you allow LH Training & Consultancy to provide a benefit check through its benefitcheck.co.uk service you agree to the following terms and conditions:

- All calculations and check results are only estimates and should not be used as a definite indication of your entitlement to benefits or tax credits. Actual confirmation of entitlement must be obtained from the relevant Government agencies i.e. Department for Work and Pensions, Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs and your Local Authority.

- The benefit check provided by LH Training & Consultancy through its benefitcheck.co.uk service is for guidance purposes and does not constitute legal advice. LH Training & Consultancy recommend that you seek further advice on your benefit entitlement once you receive the results of your benefit check. - Benefit check results can indicate that you may be able to claim extra benefits, but they can also indicate that current benefit entitlement is correct, or, in some circumstances, incorrect. LH Training & Consultancy cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any errors that lead to underpayments or overpayments of benefits.

- Any change in your circumstances may lead to your benefit entitlement changing. If your circumstances change you should contact the relevant Government agencies i.e. Department for Work and pensions, Her Majesty's Revenue & Customs and your Local Authority to re-establish benefit entitlement.

- Without limiting the foregoing, LH Training & Consultancy shall not be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of this agreement, irrespective of whether you have been advised of the possibility of any such loss or damage. Each party hereby waives any claims that these exclusions deprive such party of an adequate remedy.
