What's New

I won't change much to this paragraph since it still holds true and mostly I've been developing all of the 'below' mentioned ideas.  One thing, please email me with suggestions on what you would like to see on this website.  I LOVE to hear from all of you!  Thanks again for your wonderful comments and support!

Finally!  Finally!
I'm working on my website!  New images are being added, reVAMPing is still going on, and I'm adding some interesting and great links!
 
I've gotten a few commissions from my ventures with other websites and artists, so THAT part of the business is going extremely well.
I still feel my creative burst has not burst!  So many ideas I want to work on but not enough time, and if I work on everything all at once then it will not have the quality I want for my customers!  Ugh!  So, stick with me my friends because there are great new exciting things coming in 2008.
 
I'm coming out with a line of hand painted t-shirts.  I will blend in Airbrushing with traditional brush. The designs have a 'tattoo' element to them.  So cool and fun!
Hopefully before the end of 2007 I will have a trailer teaser out that everyone can view and get a glimpse of what's coming. 
 
You know what I've noticed?  Digital art, GOOD digital art, looks almost as good as the hand painted stuff!  Holy Moley!  I got my new Spectrum book (Spectrum 14) and the pages are full of digital art.  With many of the digital work, you can tell it is digital, BUT, with some of them I had to look twice and read the description!  Fantastic work.  I still am of the old school where I like to look and touch and smell the art that I buy and create... but, I'm going to start looking into Illustrator, InDesign, and some of the other programs.  They are an expensive investment, but, we'll see.  I will definitely let you know if I create anything with one of those programs.  What you see from me right now is all hand done, no computers.

Welsh Tattoo Merman

Hello all!   My subjects are usually femail so this particular painting, which sold in early June on eBay, has received a lot of attention.  Mostly I am asked when I am going to create more fantasy characters who are male.  Well, the answer to that is SOON!  This particular merman is Thomas Meyrick who does have a story behind him.  If you are interested just email me and I'll send it to you.  I will be posting it on the website some time next week.
