(1) Spaces and Rent
 

Friday is $7.00, Saturday and Sunday $15.00 each day
Space rent is the same no matter how long you use your space
Outer spaces and middle spaces are approx. 9 X 24
There will be no use of the middle spaces unless previously authorized by Chuckie
The spaces have yellow lines outlining the space, if you set up outside of your space, 

          you will be charged for an additional space for that day
Downsizing is allowed, if it is done at night as long as it is done before 7am
No refunds if it rains or begins to rain later in the day
Spaces availiable on first come first serve basis (limit of 6) 4 outside 2 inside
No holding spaces on Thursday, no holding spaces for someone else or sharing spaces
Spaces can only be saved until 8:00am. If you are not in your space by 8:00am Saturday or Sunday

          I reserve the right to move you out and rent your space
Leave 1 foot of space on both sides of your space for an isleway
You must pay for your days rent by 11am or before you move into your space,

      failure to do so will double your rent
Set up begins a 6am on Friday, (No setups on Thursday)
All vendors must have their items uncovered at the beginning of selling hours
Selling hours are 8am to 6pm, Friday Saturday and Sunday
We reserve the right to refuse to lease space to anyone for any reason
The Renter/Vendor is responsible for clean up of ALL of the items in your space, even if you sell out
Propery must be vacated by 8:30pm on Sunday of your vehicle and items will be removed at owners expense

UNDER NEW BAY CITY ORDINACE- NO VENDER CAN PURCHASE FROM CUSTOMERS ON BAY COUNTY PROPERTY UNLESS YOU HAVE A BWI MEMBERSHIP
  

(2) Table Rental:

Table rental is $2.00 each per day.  Ask Jerry (popcorn stand) or helper

(3) Electricity:

Electricity is $4.00 per day, $8.00 overnight
Sharing of electricity is prohibited, if caught, both parties will pay for the day again
No climbing poles for electricity, ask Tony or helper to hook it up for you
Extention cords must be at least 14 guage for outside isles, cords used overhead for center isle electric
     must be at least 12 quage

(4)Trash:

You are to keep you area clean of garbage and organized for liability
   A clean organized market brings more customers
Vendors are responsible for the removal of items that do not fit into the trash containers,
   your will be charged for excessive trash and items that are left behind
