Pebbles is a cheeky little girly, bred here at Caldecacre. Her sire is my gorgeous Norwegian Import, Blinken, and her dam is our beautiful Boo.
Pebbles has been a very long awaited puppy. After trying 4 times previously to have this litter with Blinken and Boo, and on Boo's final chance due to her age creeping up on her, we finally got news that we had hoped for, Boo would, after all, be having puppies :)
We were very pleased with the litter as a whole, very even in make and shape, and chunky, confident puppies. It was hard to choose, and was in the end between a lovely lightly spotted Liver girl (Wilma - who now lives in Germany at Kennel Justinahof) and Pebbles. Every time I tried to look seriously at Wilma, Pebbles would get in between or go and find some mischeif to get my attention! And so with Pebbles determined to stay here at Caldecacre - who was I to argue!
Pebbles is so much like her mum, everything has to be done at 100 mph, but is also a very cuddly puppy like her daddy. Her shape is scrummy, very balanced already, and a fantastic forechest and angles even now! Her attitude is quite simply fantastic!
