B arry "Baz" Roberts has an expedition medicine and business consultancy background, is a North Face sponsored athlete, and a very active adventure sports man - climber, diver, skydiver, parapente pliot. Barry has set up dozens of events, expeditions, programmes, courses and conferences around the world.

He trained as a ski patoller in Canada and has ski toured in Pakistan and Nepal and to over 7000m metres in Tibet. Baz climbed Mount Everest via the North Ridge May 2004.

Doug "Duggie" Gurr is an enthusiastic amateur ski tourer whose ski trips have included Mont Blanc, the Haute Route from Chamonix-Zermatt (twice), 18 first ascents in Greenland, and various tours in the Mont Blanc region and Bernese Oberland.

Outside skiing life, Doug is Chief Executive of Blueheath Holdings plc (www.blueheath.com), a former Scottish international triathlete, and a Trustee of the National Museums for Science and Industry (www.nmsi.ac.uk).
