H.O.C.+ Plus Service - H.O.C.+ Plus may include: Odor control cabinets and scented urinal screens with Tidal Wave OST, LiquaPearl soap refills; DropZone, Organix, BioKreme and EnzyWipe treatments; complete hard surface cleaning of porcelain, chrome and countertops by a BioLogix Service Technician; and written monitoring reports. H.O.C.+ Plus includes the BioLogix SATISFACTION, PERFORMANCE, ODOR ELIMINATION and EMERGENCY RESPONSE GUARANTEES.
O.C.(Odor Control Service) - O.C. Service may include: Odor control cabinets and scented urinal screens with TIDALWAVE OST; DROPZONE and ORGANIX treatments; and written monitoring reports. O.C. service includes the BioLogix SATISFACTION, PERFORMANCE, ODOR ELIMINATION and EMERGENCY RESPONSE GUARANTEES.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the BioLogix H.O.C. products and/or services within the first 60 days, BioLogix will de-install all equipment and refund all monies paid to BioLogix during this period. Performance Guarantee: BioLogix guarantees that all restrooms or odor areas under service will be treated, inspected and monitored on a biweekly basis, with written reports by your BioLogix service technician submitted to management of our findings. Odor Elimination Guarantee: BioLogix guarantees that all organic odors associated with restrooms and other odor areas under service will be virtually eliminated 10 days after the H,.O.C. treatment is commenced. Emergency Response Guarantee: When a BioLogix H.O.C. service customer requests and emergency service call, a BioLogix Emergency Service Technician will respond within 2 hours. Emergency response is available 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.
The BioLogix Emergency Response Service completes The Total Solution. We provide all of our customers with 24 hour a day, 7 days a week plumbing, grease trap and odor control services.
