Featured below is Sh Ch Barleyarch Persia who is a repeat mating of Sh Ch Barleyarch Maestro, Irish Sh Ch Barleyarch Chinook & Sh Ch Barleyarch Ostria. Her dam is Sh Ch Barleyarch Piccadilly, and her sire is a Ch Barleyarch Playboy son, Sh Ch Redmires Valentinos Star.
 
Like her mother she is a live wire and full of fizz, she has a superb harsh dark jacket and a long reachy gait, we just love her! As usual with all our dogs,  Persia is taken through her working paces too, and is proving to be an extremely fast bitch with a tender mouth and an eager to please disposition.
 
Her show career has been sure and steady, having gained nothing but 1st prizes in her breed classes with exception of just one 2nd in the run upto her much deserved title. Amongst her other wins she has had Best Puppy in Show at not one but 2 breed shows, plus a general open show BPIS. 2007 brought her title under breed specialist Ian Halbert of "Marimay" fame, and although we would love to have campaigned her more, we have held her back whilst Pocket has continued to take centre stage.
 
We intend to mate Persia in the second half of 2009, as yet we have not decided on the sire, but be sure he is likely to be something rather special as befits such a beauty............so stay tuned!
