Lady was a very mature puppy with phenomenal bone and from the moment she hit the ring she won everything in sight, gaining her title at an unpresidented 17 months. Amongst her qualities was a dark harsh jacket with superb strength in her quarters and the ability to put every other bitch in the shade!
Alas, following her first oustanding litter to Polka, she developed a matronly figure and we decided to retire her from the showring early to rest upon her laurels. However in her short career she managed to win 7 CCs and countless Reserve CCs, and although she worked as a gundog for most of her life was never Field Trialled as she was sometimes a little to canny for her own good!
Lady, is like the proverbial Golden Goose and her contribution to the breed has been immeasurable, suffice it to say we cannot show you all she has had to offer, but here is just a sample..............
