HOLISTIC SWEDISH MASSAGE THERAPIES
Although I do tend to offer a more relaxing massage therapy-I am trained in anatomy/phisiology and therfore able to offer a more deeper traditional swedish massage if so desired.

Hawaiian style Lomi Lomi massage
There are a number of distinguishing features in the style and strokes used in Lomi Lomi massage techniques.
As well as using the hands,the massage is given in fluid,rhythmic motion using the forearms in broad,flat strokes soothing out tensions.
This has been described as feeling like gentle waves moving over the body.
Another feature is that different parts of the body may be massaged at the same time,for example one arm or hand may be working on a shoulder and the other hand may be working on the hip.
This assists the recipient in a process of deep relaxation as it is difficult for the brain to focus on the two different areas at once.
Flowing over the body as a whole being rather than working on areas in isolation assists in a deep sense of balance and harmony to be achieved.
Whilst technique is important the priority is respecting the body and mind using intuition so the massage is the most appropriate for each person

If I am booked for a massage appointment which I deem to be a fair distance out of London then I do ask you to make a deposit to secure the booking and to ascertain suitable proof that your booking enquiry is totally genuine.This deposit can be arranged by a direct transfer into my bank account of by PayPal for your own discretion.Upon receipt of your deposit transfer I will then send you a deposit confirmation email to advise you of the safe receipt of your transfer funds and for your peace-of-mind coupled with your own financial records of the transaction.The deposit is completely refundable should you need to cancel the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances.
