Blessed are those who are too tired, busy or disorganised to meet with their fellow Christians on Sunday each week - they are my best workers.

Blessed are those who enjoy noticing the mannerisms of clergy, choir and servers - I can see their heart is not in it.

Blessed are the Christians who wait to be asked and expect to be thanked - I can use them!

Blessed are the touchy - with a bit of luck they can even stop going to church.

Blessed are those who keep themselves and their time and money to themselves - they are my missionaries.

Blessed are those who claim to love their God at the same time as hating other people - they are mine forever.

Blessed are the troublemakers - they shall be called my children.

Blessed are those who have no time to pray - they are easy prey to me.

Blessed are you when you read this and think it is about other people and not about yourself - I've got you!

NEWSFLASH!!! In May St Mark's launched a new activity fun club for 0-5 year olds MINI MARKS!!!
It is thriving!!! If you know of anyone with Under 5's who might be interested then make sure you tell them all about it!

The Youth Forum had an outing to Basingstoke in November. They went to watch the Basingstoke Bison play the Edinburgh Capitals in a fast moving game of ice-hockey. For some this was their first experience of the game. This was followed with a skating session and a good time was had by all.

In December Mark organised a Christmas meal for members of the Youth Forum and members of the Choir. The Feast took place at the Harrier in Hamble and all those present are grateful to Mark for his organisation.

Meanwhile, back in the Church, the Youth Forum led the November All Age Worship in a service dedicated to their Heroes and Heroines. Praise all around for our wonderful young parishioners! Keep it up!.
