1 Whimbrel flew NW at 09:10 hrs, 2 Ospreys, one from 09:50 - 10:07 hrs which caught a fish and flew SE and another present from 10:40 - 12:00 hrs at least, 1 Dunlin, 1 Curlew, 2 Common .Sandpipers, 3+ Yellow Wagtails.  Also a Stoat showing well which caught and killed a Rabbit.

1+ Tree Pipit singing Highoredish, 17 Arctic Tern flew E at 09:15 hrs and another present with a Common Tern shortly afterwards , 3 Common Sandpipers, 1 Mandarin, c60 Swifts, a pair of Greylags with 6 goslings.

1 Osprey present 11:30 caught a fish and departed E at 12:00 hrs, 1 Arctic Tern through 12:04 - 12:20 hrs, another arrived 12:40 hrs and 20 flew N at 19:50 hrs, 2 Shelduck, 2 Mandarins, 2 Gadwall, 1 Common Sandpiper, c20 Swifts, c730 Swallows, c80 House Martins, c30 Sand Martins, 1 fem Wheatear.

2ndW Glaucous Gull in the roost from 17.35 hrs, 2 Mute Swan, 9 Greylag Geese, 3 Mandarins, 9 Goldeneye, 1 redhead Goosander, 12 Common Buzzards, 2 Oystercatchers, 2 Ringed Plovers, 1 Dunlin, 1 Redshank, 2+ Curlews, 2 Barn Owls, 2 Green Woodpeckers 2 Kingfishers, 2 Grey Wagtails.

2ndW Glaucous Gull (colour ringed) on West Bank until 14:20 hrs then flew NE and returned to roost at about 18:00 hrs. This bird had been ringed on 3/08/2011 on the Ugie Estuary Peterhead, Grampian, Scotland and has also been seen at Bolden Flats, Durham on 23/12/2011, Seaton Carew on 15/01/2012 and in the Cotham area Notts for several weeks from 18/02/2012.  Also today 2 Mute Swan, 8 Greylag Geese, c8 Mandarins,1 redhead Goosander,1 Peregrine, 2 Oystercatchers, 2 Ringed Plovers, 1 Dunlin, 2 Curlews, 1 1stW Yellow-legged Gull, 2 Green Woodpeckers, 1 Chiffchaff.

3 Mandarins, 48 Cormorants, 2 Oystercatchers, 2 Ringed Plovers, 3 Dunlins, 10+ Snipe, 1 Redshank, 1 Kingfisher, 2 Nordic Jackdaws. A colour ringed adult female Lesser Black-backed Gull present today had been ringed on Texel Netherlands on 25th May 2009.
