m y first Dalmatian Dancer,(Dancing Beauty at Linkarl), joined me in 1987, she was by Duxfordham Wisdom. This connection introduced me to Oonagh Gore, who said "why don't you show her". So off we went to an open show and got best puppy in breed, and my life changed, it now revolved around dogs and dog show's.
In 1990 along came Dodger,(Dalregis Don Pedro at Linkarl) bred by Pat Wilson. A mating with Dancer and Dodger produced Deeza,(Linkarl Chequered Lady). At 14mths Deeza took the bitch CC and Best in Show at the BDC in 1993. Tragically I lost her at a young age. Dodger went on to sire 2 Champions one of them being my own Vee,( CH Fincham Frivolity to Linkarl ) bred by John and Val Watson. Vee went Best in Show at the BDC in 1998 and Res Best in Show at both the BDC and NOEDC champ shows in 2001.Another CC winner bred by  John and Val by Dodger was Fred, (Fincham Fast Talking Tinker).

Over time I had let my affix lapse with the kennel club and I was looking to get a new one. Over the years I became good friends with John and Val, and Lacey,(Fincham Frilly Lace) from Vee's litter sister Hettie,(Fincham Felicia) had come to join us, when they offered me a seperate interest in their affix Fincham. I was honored to take them up on their offer, and I became part of the Fincham family

John and Val got their first Dalmatian in 1979 Susie,(Dalstead Blue Dahlia) as a pet but went around the open shows. Their next dog Basil,(CH Brythennek Basil Fawlty) went on to Best of Breed at Crufts in 1985 and 87. Basil sired 4 Uk Champions and 2 International Champions, he also sired their next bitch Kate, (Konavlje Fay at Fincham) who gained 2RCC's and Best in Show at the BDC open and limited shows. Kate produced their next Champion Treacle,(Fincham Felicity) Best in Show at the Joint Dalmatian Club CH show in1992.

Now we are up to date, we have just 2 more additions to the family, Lacey as produced me a fine boy Blizzard,(Fincham Trade Wind) who made his debute at the NOEDC open show by going Best Puppy in Show. Last but not least we have a Smooth Fox Terrier Badger,(De Soto Boy at Fincham) who as 3RCC's tucked under his belt. See the Boy's on the following page's.
