80 Elvis impersonators battle it out in Birmingham
Elvis tribute singers Elvin Priestley and 12-year-old Nicholas Tyler are among 80 impersonators at the European Elvis Championships and Convention in Birmingham.
Acts from across the world are to perform at the three-day event, which began yesterday.

The winner will secure a place at the International Elvis Tribute Artist Contest in Memphis.
The Hilton Metropole next to the NEC was full to the brim with Elvis wannabes as the place was besieged by quiffs and sideburns.
Schoolboy Ben Thompson, from Surrey, dyed his blond hair black for the event and built up a wardrobe of three rhinestoned jumpsuits and a black leather Elvis comeback look.

He said: 'I love what I do, I work off the audience reaction.
'Sometimes you get girls screaming. I'd like it to happen a bit more to be honest. I wear the black leather look as often as I can.'
