I pleaded to the light
Keep the darkness away
Yet despite all my tears
and all my fears
Light faded and darkness prevailed
Why does not light listen?
The night is lonely and dark
Doors open and close
I go where, no one goes
I am afraid
I am tired
But light won't listen
And darkness won't wait
I turn the key
I move away
I grieve
Tomorrow is another day
