Doctrine of Salvation
Your Choice

The Bible tells us that the mission of Christ's coming to the earth from Heaven was to, "Save his people from their sins."

God has a definate plan for mankind's salvation. Let us follow these clearly defined steps from the Word of God...

*  A Spiritual Awakening brought about by the hearing of the Word of God.
*  Repentance comes from a broken and a contrite heart that the Holy Spirit has brought conviction upon.
*  Confession of being a sinner and faith in the Blood of Jesus as our substitute and sacrifice for our sinful Adamic nature.

The Free Gift That Cost Everything
"Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall loose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it." (Matt.16:24-25)

Again it is written..."If any man come to me, and hate not his Father, and Mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me cannot be my disciple." (Luke 14:26-27)

The Bible teaches us that mankind is universally fallen  Spiritually and therefore separated from God. Adam was the perpetual head of the human race and He and his wife Eve brought sin into the human race by their act of disobedience. The Bible tells us that every person is born with an Adamic sinful nature inherited from Adam.

Adam did not fall from grace into disobedience and sin unconditinally, but by his own choice. Therefore redemption is not unconditional, but by choice and obedience to God.
