The above scriptures are... "gleaned out" of the Word of God to, build all believers up in this most holy faith.
Please take the time to look each one up in the K J V of your Bible, and your faith will be multiplied. You will never read of one person who was ever refused the healing touch of the Master.
Remember! These things are written that we may believe!
Jesus said to all who have accepted Him as their Lord... "It is the Father's good pleasure to give you the Kingdom."
Divine healing is a benefit of being in God's Kingdom.
The scriptures also tell us that..."He witholds no good thing from those who walk uprightly before Him."
It is essential then to walk in obedience to all the holy ways of God in order for Him to bring our healing.
Hear these words spoken by our Lord..."Therefore I say unto you. what things soever ye desire, when ye pray, BELIEVE that ye RECEIVE them and ye SHALL HAVE THEM." Let us consider another "key word" in this account...When do we "believe" that we receive? it is when we "pray." We cannot wait until we receive a feeling or manifestation and then beleive it! This is another essential fact in considering a "failed" healing. It is written that Jesus healed ALL that were sick. Everyone who expressed their faith in Him was healed! However, it was always the way in which He stipulated. He said to those who received..."THY faith hath made thee whole, go and sin no more." Jesus did not elevate one person above another by healing some and refusing to heal another. No! For God is no respecter persons. He responds by our FAITH! EVERYONE who asked of Jesus in faith, received their miracle from Jesus. He has not changed! Jesus Christ will do the same today...IF...we believe! We read in Matthew's gospel 13:53-58 that Jesus could do no mighty works in His own city of Nazareth. Why was that? Was it because He just did not choose to ? Was it because He just decided to heal some and not others? No! It was because of their "unbelief." They did not really beleive that He was the Son of the Living God! They still thought of Him as Mary and Joseph's son! All Christ's healing was given freely by the individual's personal faith because...This was the fulfillment of what God had promised when He spoke to Isaiah concerning the promised Messiah. "Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses." If Jesus took our infirmities and bare our sicknesses, why should we still have to bare them?
The answer is...No! We do not have to bare them.

If I can but touch the hem of His garment, I shall be made whole...
A certain woman which had an issue of blood of twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, When she had heard of Jesus, came into the press behind, and touched his garment. And she said, If I may touch his clothes, I shall be whole. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she was healed of that plague. And Jesus, immediately knowing in himself that virtue had gone out of him, turned him around in the press, and said, Who touched my clothes? And his disciples said unto him, Thou seet the multitude thronging thee, and sayest thou, Who touched me? And he looked round about to see her who had done this thing. But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him the truth. And he said unto her, Daughter THY FAITH hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague." (Mark5:25-34) God is a God of FAITH. He answers prayer because we take Him at His Word. Faith cometh by hearing the Word of God. Like all the promises of God, healing has come from the covenant God has made with mankind through the blood of Jesus. Healing is the children's bread. God witholds no good thing from those who walk uprightly before Him. Jesus spoke these firm words of promise... "Therefore I say unto you, Whatsoever things ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them." He also said this..."IF ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you." What does it mean to "abide" in Christ? It pertains to a "relationship." To abide means to maintain a consistant communication with the Lord. I fear that too many in the religious field have propagated a view on healing that is misleading. Like all of God's dealings with mankind, healing also is based upon our covenant relationship with God. John wrote..."And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, BECAUSE we keep his commandments, and DO those things that are pleasing in his sight." (1 John 3:22) If we are truly born again of the Spirit of God, we desire to do those things that are pleasing to Him. Our nature is completely changed by that new birth! God actually writes His laws upon this new heart we have.
God is the Giver of every good and every perfect gift. Salvation is a gift from God. However, to be a recipient, we are commanded to repent, turn from our sin and believe the gospel. We surely have a part in receiving this gift. Divine healing is a gift from God to all who will "ABIDE" in Him and keep His word. Divine healing is a gift to all who are KEEPING His commandments and to all who are DOING those things that are pleasing in His sight. If we read the Bible carefully and prayerfully, we will find that all of God's dealings with mankind are based upon obedience and faith. God's people need not be confused about the guidelines He has placed for His children to walk in. His commandments are not grievous to the TRUE believer. John writes this promise..."And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him." (1 John 5:14-15)

I can only answer this question with the Word of God. "ALL THE PROMISES OF GOD ARE YEA (YES) AND IN HIM AMEN (SO BE IT) TO THOSE WHO BELIEVE." If Divine healing is to be experienced, believers must come under the authority of God and walk in obedience in every area of their lives. As His children, we have the right then to claim that which God has given.
"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever." (Hebrews 13:8) This truth is essential to believe...IF... Divine healing is to be experienced.
All four gospels abound with the healing power of Jesus... Let us share just a few of these experiences to increase our faith..."When even was come, they brought to him many the were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirit with HIS WORD, and healed ALL that were sick. That it might be FULFILLED which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses." (Matt.8:16-17)
I have capitalized several words in this passage to call the reader's attention to these key words. We must realize that Jesus used the same "FAITH" principle that He has commanded us to use as believers. It is written, that He cast out these evil spirits BY HIS WORD. The power of God came to Him by using the Word of God. This is that principle of faith that brings our personal healing. We must "pray back" God's Word in an affirmation of our faith in order to, "Believe that we receive when we pray." God will bring the manifestation because we have taken it by faith. Traditional religion has brought a "question" of doubt, as they proclaim...IF...it is God's will. He has already proclaimed through His written word that it is HIS WILL to heal ALL who will act on their faith in that which He has promised. God's word has unequvocally stated that it is His will to heal ALL those who are His born-again obedient children who will but believe. Amen If we do not have an understanding of this offer...If we do not seem to have that much faith at present...Will God be displeased with us? Will He cease to work out His plan of salvation in our lives? No! We are being saved by His grace through our continuing faith. Divine healing is not a commandment, but a gift to be received. Clarifications... concerning what seems to be "unanswered" healing. If a beleiver has prayed the "prayer of faith" and has followed God's instructions, yet no miraculous healing has taken place imediately...What then? Do all miracles take place instantaeously? The Bible tell us of the 10 lepers that were healed as they went. The Bible tell us of Naaman's leprosy being healed only after he dipped 7 times in the Jordan river. Jesus rubbed some mud and spit on a blind man's eyes and told him to go and wash in the pool of Siloam. When a believer prays the prayer of faith for a miracle, we must always be open to the Lord's way of bringing it...not our way. There is one final aspect here to be considered concerning the "why" some believers still die, even though they are trusting God for their healing or even as others anoint them with oil and are in agreement for their healing. The Bible lets us know that..."It is apointed unto man once to die and after that the judgement." Death comes to ALL, whether righteous or the unrighteous. God has an appointed time for EVERY person. If we are praying for Divine healing, our bussiness is to KEEP on trusting and believing for a miracle, wntil...the One who has the power to give life or to take life away releases the spirit. If He releases their sprit and receives them into His Presence, then we can know that this was His appointed time for them to die. We will bow to His will and say..."Thy will has been done." The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away, Blessed be the name of the Lord God Almighty. Amen.
